The Site's Limited Role

This is a private reference site with no authority over the Knox County Sheriff's Office, Knox County Jail, Indiana courts, or the Indiana Department of Correction. We store no official records. We cannot confirm custody, cause a release, or file a request or court paper for anyone.

Pages point visitors toward government inmate and jail-record resources and may connect them with outside research tools. A link is navigation help, not an official service or endorsement.

Acceptable Use Rules

• Obey all applicable laws while using the site
• Do not stalk, harass, threaten, or harm another person
• Do not use site content for hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions
• Do not try to enter accounts, servers, or systems without authorization
• Do not deploy bots, scrapers, or automated extraction tools
• Do not interfere with site access or operation for anyone else

No Consumer Reports

Knox County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It provides no background check, credit report, or consumer report. Neither the site nor its advertising partners supplies screening services. You agree not to use information found here for an FCRA-covered purpose.

• Decisions to hire, retain, or dismiss a worker
• Rental, tenant, or housing eligibility decisions
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing
• Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility
• Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA

Outside Links and Services

Links may lead to the Knox County jail roster, sheriff and correctional pages, booking resources, Indiana government portals, legal-aid material, or outside search tools. We do not control their content, privacy practices, data handling, terms, or availability. Review each destination's current policies before using it.

Service Provided As Is

The site and all content are supplied "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty about the following matters.

• Accuracy, completeness, or currentness of information
• Continuous or uninterrupted access
• Freedom from errors, defects, or security weaknesses
• Completeness of results supplied by a partner tool

Custody status and public records can change at any time. Nothing published here is an official statement from KCSO or another government agency.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Knox County Busted Mugshots and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss arising from access to, reliance on, or inability to use the site.

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the site and its operators harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the site or breach of these Terms.

Ownership of Site Materials

Text, graphics, logos, and code belong to Knox County Busted Mugshots or the applicable content partner. You may not copy, distribute, publish, or modify those materials without prior written permission, except where law independently permits the use.

Revisions to These Terms

We may change these Terms of Service at any time. Revised terms take effect when posted on this page, and continued use after posting means acceptance of them.

Suspension of Access

We may limit, suspend, or block access to any part of the site at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice.

Indiana Law Applies

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Indiana.

If a Term Is Invalid

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be adjusted only to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable.
